Dear Gallatin Green Wave Family,

We are excited to begin preparations for our upcoming Gallatin Green Wave Dinner & Auction (event details are included in the image attached), and we need your help to make this event a huge success.

Our goal for this year’s Dinner & Auction is to raise $75,000 to support our Gallatin athletic teams. These funds directly impact our student-athletes by helping provide equipment, uniforms, travel expenses, facility improvements, and overall program support across all sports. 

To reach this goal, we are currently seeking donated items for both our silent and live auctions. We are especially interested in items such as:

• Vacation or weekend getaway packages.
• Tickets to concerts, sporting events, or entertainment venues.
• Experiences (golf outings, guided trips, lessons, “day with” experiences, etc.).
• Gift cards (restaurants, retail, services, entertainment).
• Sports memorabilia or autographed items.
• Themed baskets (tailgate, date night, family fun, outdoor, wellness, etc.).
• Services from local businesses (home improvement, car detailing, landscaping, photography, training sessions, etc.).
• Unique or one-of-a-kind items that would generate excitement and bidding.

No donation is too big or too small — every item plays a role in helping us reach our goal.
